Post pictures of your latest purchase

Got this free when I renewed my Motor Trend on-demand sub last month. Just arrived today. Any other Roadkill fans here?

No orange paint and no Dixie flags!! Motorious has been featuring some killer restomods lately with '69 Chargers sporting Hellcat mills.

I didn't get pictures of them unboxed before installation, but I had to replace both my main and backup sump pumps because they went bad and my basement flooded enough to cause an insurance claim. UGH. Picked up 2 new pumps and a carpet cleaner to pull the water out (and then had a company come to do the rest of the water removal/drying work. Still to come, new carpet pad and repair work to drywall (not posting pics of that whole thing - LOL).

On the brighter side (for me at least but not for many others out there I'm sure) - I did get my ownership (share) certificate today! Go Pack Go! LOL

A tip from a pro who's installed dozens of those things. If your basement allows it, it's best to set your pump in a depressed area even if it's only 6" deep. Keeping sump pumps in a wet pit will save you from seized impellers - which is probably what caused yours to fail. By the way, Zoeller and Liberty are the best pumps out there so congrats on a fine purchase.

Thanks :) Yes, I have a deep sump pit that's fed by a french drain around the house. Pardon the pun, but it was the perfect storm - I just happened to be away for a week when the pump failed (impeller didn't seize, but the float switch started sticking and failing) and there was a 3 day heavy rainstorm. The with no working pump and all the rain, the pit filled and caused the french drainage to back up and both overflowed. I'm embarrassed to admit, but the old backup pump wasn't working like 4 months ago and I bought the replacement back then, but hadn't gotten around to installing. If I hadn't procrastinated on that, I wouldn't have had the water damage. Lesson learned.

LOL it's the General Mayhem, not the General Lee. I don't remember if the driver's fender is red or orange - close enough. They actually just took the Hellcat motor out and put the motorhome 440 back in it (freshly rebuilt of course.)

Vivo... Loving it so far !!
Packs quite a punch for a slim phone.. Personally I would have like a larger battery over a thin body!!

X70 Pro Plus was an amazing camera phone. Just a tad bit too large for my taste.
I haven't held a x70pro yet but from spec sheets, it's almost identical to the x50pro... The latter feels just right for my hands... slim with a bit of heft

My fitbit Charge2 died at the start of MCO, that's almost 1½ years ago.... Now with that I'm back doing outdoor activities (cycling, hiking, taichi) again, I got a Amazfit GTS 2 Mini... Its black, but I'm shopping for a dark blue magnetic metal strap. Looks sharp...

I went nuts and bought a made in UK appliance from the 60s. It's a Teasmade and it's basically a tea kettle that starts boiling water about 10 min before waking you up with an alarm and a nice cup of tea, but you can use it for making coffee as well.
It's 2021, why aren't Raspbery Pi-powered electric kettles/alarm clocks not a thing?! :D
It looks so 50s/60s and I like the lamps:

Love that retro look!! New coffee/tea makers have auto-start clocks built in them, but not an alarm clock like this. :) It’s really a cool item - I wouldn’t want something like this next to my bed instead of in the kitchen, but I do love the look and design. Nice buy!

I wonder what airport security would think if they saw it in your bag :-)

Don't have a picture yet of the actual Surface with type case BUT am hoping I have the bandwidth for the digital delivery.
