@Cedarlog: That looks fab. Even if I won't bin them myself. Btw, before anyone tries to slate me as an Android or iOS fan, my primary phone is a HTC TITAN with Windows Phone and will soon be a Nokia Lumia 920. I like iOS and Android, but prefer WP on my phone as it just meets my needs best. On a tablet, that's a different issue. And well, an iPod's an iPod at the end of the day...

Tried out a new rainmeter skin. It's called Omnimo UI and it's like a Windows Phone7/Windows 8 theme: Omnimo UI for Rainmeter

I'm liking it lots right now. Still trying to figure out a few quirks with some of the tiles (like email since I don't use gmail). Also, some of the default feeds show up even though I replaced them; and my user picture is a bit stretched. I might play around and try some other layouts, but thought it was kinda cool. Anyway here it it:

I missed this thread so I figured I would post an update. I'm figuring out more and more about the omnimo rainmeter skin. I'm really liking it.

I normally use Evangelion wallpapers, however since using my XBL avatar in various Facebook cover photos, I figured to also use it in wallpapers.

Here's my latest.

My taskbar gets hidden, so only the wallpaper normally shows. I decided to put the taskbar on the left and use small icons.

My desktop has too many icons and plus, no one likes Vista LOL This car just gets me excited to drive to the grocery store.

I also have my taskbar on auto hide. However I have had the taskbar on the bottom for so long I don't think I could get used to it on the side, or anywhere else for that matter :D

If you didn't know, this is a picture of Pripyat, the city in Russia that was turned into a ghost town because of the disaster at Chernobyl. The pictures are fascinating... although with warmer weather approaching, I think I need to pick a pic that's less bleak. :)
