I actually really like how you overlay images. Like the cool dog up top with small random tiles in place of some parts of the image, and near the bottom you have the Me tile looking like it is right on top of the image of Patrick from SpongeBob, and the Facebook tile also overlays the bottom right of the image. To me, the effect you're giving is pretty awesome - that the entire image is there, but you have app tiles overlaying parts of it. Kind of makes things pop.

I thought of a cool way to design your Start Screen that is easy to set up and adds a bit of flavor (and organization)! Here's how to do it:

1) Get a custom tile app like Skinery Tiles Pro, and use it to create 2 1x1 black tiles.
2) Put one of your favorite 2x2 tiles in the middle two columns by itself on the rows.
3) Place similar 1x1 tiles adjacent to but not diagonally from the 2x2 tile.
4) Use the two 1x1 black tiles as "separator" tiles to make the carousel stand out more.

Voila! C'est le carrousel!
