Its an app. Somewhere in the "top" of the apps list, but I cannot remember which one.

Here's v1.0 of mine. I have a yellow Lumia and like the contrast of the orange. I was tempted by yellow, but don't like it with white text and it's not quite bright enough.

A tip for you guys. Place the most common tiles you use in the middle of the screen and not in the corners. Easier and quicker for you to reach.

Its just a header I made, the tiles just flick back the Home screen. Tokidoki is one of my favorite brands, love the artwork!
