Here is mine currently:

I made the picture from a colour photo. I used the Colorize app way back on my HTC HD 7 mango phone. I made the image black and white, then excluded the pupils. A little playing with contrast, hue, and brightness in another photo app and voil?. All on the phone.

I like having a mix of transparent and opaque tiles.

If youre doing it from the website its the little picture icon next to the video strip. No idea how people do it from their phone.
