precision pointing stick in keyboard

hi all,
precision pointing stick (blue dot) in keyboard disappeared in my keyboard phone
what do I do?!?!
my phone: 950xl

Settings - search for "Keyboard" - "More keyboard settings" - set "Cursor controller" to either "Right handed usage" or "Left hanged usage."
