That price is just insane.
To me that 149 was already 50 less than i was expecting, never would i have even imagined to see Lumia 920 for $99.
If it doesn't sell for that price in USA, it simply wont sell no matter what you do.

I agree... Now if I pre-order tomorrow will I have it Friday delivered or is it normally a store pick up?

I think people will look down on the phone to be honest. Many judge a phone by its price, and higher is better...

The specs say otherwise, but most shoppers don't know anything about that.

I have to agree. For Nokia's sake i would have maybe preferred that $150 price. Though it will sell globally for around $600-700 and North America has always been problem for Nokia.
