Printing From HP Elite x3

As a device that will be used by people moving between multiple locations (I.E. Home/Work/Satellite Work Location), one of the things people will want to do is print.

Therefore:

1) Can it connect to a printer/scanner via the USB ports on the dock?

2) If it can connect to a printer, do the Windows 10 Mobile versions of the Mail app and Microsoft Edge have the ability to print? I can't say I remember seeing a print dialogue in them?

I don't think the printer could work as they usually need software, right? Wifi printing should be possible

I've never tried a continuum enabled phone so I can't help on the second question
