Pro Cam crashing on startup

Whadup yo? Just started to crash on startup yesterday, didn't do **** and didn't install anything. Reinstalled but without success, every other camera app works flawlessly, Smart Cam included.

So your firmware is 8.0.10327.77 or 8.0.10328.78
and not 8.0.10211.204 ?

Soft reset/ hold - volume and start buttons at the same time and keep holding until it vibrates and turns off/ on
- (on it's on) don't slide the window to power off
the off will not be the normal off you'll just feel it vibrate and turn on.

did you install the Pro cam app use SysApp Pusher? is it set to default camera?

maybe try to restart phone

It's 8.0.10328.78, I just haven't updated my signature in a while. Will try a softreset even tho I've restarted my phone several times but without success.

DId a soft reset and phone is back to normal, even my proximity sensor is working now haha. I've probably dropped my 920 hundred times, got a lot of cracks in the screen but the phone itself works like a charm. Thanks alot bro.

**** now it's back to where it was, but Pro Cam is not crashing, it just takes forever for the UI to pop up so I can take a photo. Proximity sensor went to **** as well.

can't you take it back to the store you got it from maybe they can find a fix or replace the handset if you're lucky.

Maybe you can try this for technical support:

Nokia Lumia 920 Produktsupport - Nokia - Sverige (presuming you understand swedish as thats where you from)

Nah man, as I said I've dropped the phone at least hundred times and the display is cracked on several places so I'm lucky the phone still works. I will get a 925 as soon as possible.
