problem in downloading image

hello from last 2 days i am facing issue in downloading images i am using one of top site but when i open image and download this after downloading when i open image to view they said this media is not supported to view this image format but the file is jpeg i am very dis pointed why i facing this issue any one please help me here is the site url where i am downloading images. http://mrwallpapers.com/

What phone are you using? isn't it possible to convert the image to .png or sth similar?
