problem sending texts

[SSK the Gr8]

i recently bought the samsung omnia W i8350. enjoying the phone, but there's a major issue.

When i send texts on 2g/3g there is no problems or if Data connection is off there is no issue in sending texts

but when i'm on 3g+/HSPA , I'm unable to send texts.
it keeps saying ,

can't send text , Try again

anybody else facing this issue? what is the fix?

OS Version : 7.10.7720.68
Carrier : TATA DOCOMO

I don't have that problem. I have come across a problem with picture messaging via WiFi. It'll send with data on but won't send with WiFi
