Problem setting up account Outlook Mail

I can't setup Outlook Mail on Office 365/Outlook. After entering my email it searches for a long time and then throws me back to the account setup screen. At one occasion I got through, after maybe half a dozen tries, and everything worked. But after reinstalling the OS, it is just impossible to get the account setup. I have ran it perhaps 30 times with the same result.

It happens to me, too. When I originally upgraded, I already had the account set up, so it just migrated everything just fine. However, I was having problems with the maps, so I did a roll back and re-install. This time, I waited until updating all the way to set up my outlook stuff.. and now it won't let me.
