Problem with backup fails at 99, what can I do?

Problem with backup fails at 99%

When ever i try to backup my device it goes smoothly till 99% and then it tells "there was problem..." please suggest me something i tried almost all things starting form deleting backups from phone to deleting device from onedrive!!!

I've had this issue on WP8.1 in the past on numerous occasions. Normally, after a few days and once I'm on a different Wi-Fi, it will start working after changing Wi-Fi. There has never been a consistent fix as far as I know.
