Problem with my gps in lumia 520

my gps in lumia 520 is not working since 2 months i have tried hard reset and soft reset many times but it shows only a green spot (unknown location) please help me to solve this problem

That's an odd one. Just guessing here..if you are using an app, you have location on? For that matter, you have location on in settings? If you reset the phone, I would think location would be on by default.

yes my location is on but still its not working, nokia care even dont know how to resolve this problem

I wish I could think of something else, alas, I cannot. I do know my way around devices, yet this is a stumper as it is an easy toggle. Hmmm...have you checked while out and about, away from home. Try a GPS app, like a driving app. Some locations just struggle to connect to GPS.
