Problem with PPTP VPN

Hi, at first i should say for opening facebook, youtube, twitter ... i need VPN, my vpn (pptp) work very good on laptop and my lumia, but problem is on desktop vpn open all websites except mentioned websites !! on desktop and laptop everything is same, anti virus, firewall, settings...

do you have any suggestion ?

which one are you using at the moment? if any of your friends or colleagues are using a vpn borrow the account and try using with it.
