Problems in calling toll-free numbers, why am I unable to do so?

Problems in calling toll-free numbers

Hi, I am currently having problems in calling toll-free numbers from my LUMIA 640XL. I live in India. Whenever I dial a toll-free number, it shows as "International Assist". Please find the screenshot. Any help?
