Problems with downloading

I just bought Lumia 520 and I got a problem with downloading. My download progress often stopped and must click retry to resume the progress. I had try with wifi network and change the setting to keep my wifi always on even in idle mode. But it doesnt work and still stopped with error message 'attention required. Tap here'

Is the WiFi network really slow?

I've had issues when I've used really slow public WiFi networks.

make sure you have good connectivity...soft reset ur phone once and try again
