I can plug in my USB-Mouse on my Surface with no Problems. But if I plug it off and then plug it on again, it stops working. No USB-Device is then working anymore (the Surface just don't recognise any USB-Device) till I restart the Surface.
In the Settings there is the Message that the "Mobile XHCI Host Controller" has stopped working ("Code 43").
