Problems with touch at 8.1 after restoring

I tryed to restore my 8.1 to 8.0. I used the recovery tool at about settings. I thought it would occur normally. After the process finish I realized that the system still 8.1. I was like "oh, it's ok, there's no way back" and started setting things at the way they was. But at the touch settings I haven't the option to cancel the vibrating after touching. And it annoys me a lot. What can I do?

Download sysApp pusher and there under nokia apps you will find "System" apps like touch, extras+info. Tap each of them and it will take you to the store, and if there is an update option, update it.
