Still notifications sounds are not functioning normally. Several missed at regular times to sound while others are not even registered in settings.:grincry::angry:

Sounds disappeared after previous update but partially fixed after .189 but still sounds are quitting one after another. Soft reboot to no avail.

I had the issues with sounds, solved it by deleting everything, and putting them back thru Zedge app. Some .mp3 sounds won't be played after AU. Dunno what is the problem, but I have solved it quickly.

mp3 never accepted on 950XL. Drag drop of mp3 file convert it to .wma that is playable on 950XL. All my sounds on 950XL are .wma format.

You experience is the exact opposite of mine. Default sounds (those set with the Windows installation) work fine, as do MP3 files that I have customized for use as ring tones.

I'm not sure about your MP3 files, but you're aware that not all MP3 files are encoded the same?

In my 950XL Ringtons folder no audio file other than .wma shows at all in the list of ringtons.

That file list does not show the system ringtones that come with Windows 10 Mobile. I don't know where they are located, but they are either hidden files (probable so that files are not deleted by the user) or stored somewhere else.
