Product code for Qi and LTE

I checked many threads but I couldn't get the answer of my question. I want to buy an unlocked 1520. It should work with US LTE bands (2,4,17) and it should have Qi Wireless Charging on it. So which product code is best for me. RM-937? RM-938? RM-940?

Rm-938 is what I have seen.

If it has qi integrated it is the 1520.3
That's the easiest way to verify it.

I concur that RM-938 is what you want... AKA 1520.3.

Reason: US H+ and LTE compatibility. Other than AT&T 1520 (RM-940), all other model numbers do have Qi built in.
