I got the HTC upgrade to WM6.5 and really don't see anything better about it over WM6.1.
In fact, an Irritating thing is the auto send and receive mail function will interrupt a running program. The program doesn't close, but the menu controls and status bars change to the mail program even though the mail menu screen doesn't come up.
Example: I read a lot of ebooks on my phone. So I am reading with a full screen and no menu or status bars. The mail app does it's auto hourly check and the menu and status bars come on showing controls and info for the mail but the screen is still on my book. The controls are working for the mail.
So i have to go to the home screen, go to the task manager, and then click back into my book to get control of it again. Also in the task manager the mail is not listed as running.
This happens with all my other apps, too.
