Project Almanac film - Windows Phones!

Saw Project Almanac last night. Windows phones were being exclusively used in the film by the actors. They looked like Lumia 928's but am not 10% sure. It was nice to see WP placements like this. Wonder if Microsoft helped with the product placement.

Looking forward to seeing this movie. I like movies that present some sort of paradox as well as movies that force you to think.

It certainly made me think... Particularly about potential paradoxes. Some of the twists and turns started to give me a headache. An entertaining film nonetheless, once you get past the premise (in the first few minutes, so not a spoiler) of a camcorder battery c.2010 that didn't self-discharge over a period of 10 years!

As to product placement, I also spotted a couple of Windows tablets (Surface?) and a Lenovo notebook... No Apples to be seen anywhere - perhaps the biggest strain on credulity
