Projecting 1520 or Surface onto HDTV

I have a Surface Pro and Lumia 1520. I would like to project these devices onto my HDTV. Can I do this with the Actiontec SunBeam Pro or the Belkin Miracast?

Has anyone done this? Which works best?

Yes, I have a Smart TV. Just wondering if these products work with Lumia 1520 and Surface Pro.

Does anyone know for sure?
