PSA - How do I minimize the effects of distracted driving?

This is a cross-posted forum post from Android Central, but it affects anyone with a mobile phone device.

Microsoft did an amazing job of adding TTS and great support for Cortana to send messages via voice.

And don't forget that Windows Phone and W10M have Driving Mode.

If you don't have Bluetooth in your car you can still activate Driving Mode by pairing with a headset or something similar.

Settings > System > Driving mode.

It really is no joke. I know many people think, "I can do both," but my experiences on the road show me that no, people, you really can't. It all seems fine and well to you because you are focused on your device and you don't see the mayhem left in your wake.

Tune into the road. PLEASE.
