Publish Store Apps

Hello there,

When Windows 10 TP was first released Microsoft said it won't be possible to publish apps to the Windows and Windows Phone stores from Windows 10. Is this now possible?

I want to test it out, but cannot install it on a VM for now and I am not really wanting to go the dual boot root, so thought about upgrading my main Windows 8.1 installation. I cannot however not be able to publish app updates to the Windows Store, so I first want to make sure of that before I take the plunge.

I didn't think the Win10 SDK was available yet, thought it was going to launched @ Build?
If that's the case, no, you can't publish Win10 apps...

I'm not really bothered to publish against Windows 10 API's but rather using the existing WP 8.1 SDK and SDK for 8.1 store apps.
