Push Notifications for SKYPE FOR BUSINESS on WM10

I was recently given a business phone (iPhone 6) at work. "Finally, I'm important enough to matter." SKYPE FOR BUSINESS works great on it. I just don't like that I have to carry around two phones. Business phone and my personal phone.

Luckily I have a 950XL (Dual SIM) , WM10 (not on the insider program)

SKYPE FOR BUSINESS works but only when the app is open. I get Push Notifications on the iPhone but not on WM10. I have Push Notifications ON in it Settings but I also noticed that that SKYPE FOR BUSINESS is not in WM10 Settings> System> Notifications & Actions.

Is there a way to fix this or a work around to get this working?

In Skype for Business control panel (the bit where you enable users) there is push notifications.

There are two options - one for iPhone and one for Windows Mobiles.

Are both on?

I can help insofar as to give data points: I am using SfB on a Lumia 950XL and it is working fine, Push notifications are coming fast and relieable.
I would speculate that the notifications are not sent to the Lumia.

Can you have a look at the control panel M4cc45 is referring to? Can you ask an admin to have a look?

Lumia 950xl, the push notifications only work with texts. The video and phone calls don't get through. Do you have any idea why?
