Putting a permanent forward on text messages

I've got a couple of active phones, a Lumia 950 I use for work and a Lumia 830 I use for personal use. I don't really like having to carry two phones. I can forward phone calls easily enough, I can set up the phones to get emails from multiple accounts, the one thing I can't figure out how to do is have text messages sent to my personal phone forward to my work phone. Anyone have any ideas?
