Question/concern about the lock screen in 10581

I noticed that when I swipe up to unlock the screen, only the text (time/date) swipes up. The background image stays in place. I even tried swapping background images with no luck.

Is that supposed to happen?

10572 does the same. Therefore I think it is intended. I also think the 8.1 animation was better.

Yes, it was like this even in 10572 and 10549.4. The text slides while the background fades.

Ehh..I don't like it that much. Especially since it looks like the bug that was present earlier.
I think both the time and the background should slide as you swipe up, but the time should move instantly, while the background should have a delay. It would create a cool effect.

It's rubbish the only plus on the login screen is when using a PIN the keys are overlayed on the wallpaper, at least they were in the previous build.
