Question regarding the Pen

Hi,

Looking at getting a Surface pen. The local store near me sells a pen called "Surface Pro 3 Pen" and a "Surface Pen"

Is there a difference between the two or is it just a name thing? They looked the same...

I have a Surface 3.

I believe the Surface Pro 3 pen and the one for the Surface 3 are the same.

Just don't get a Pro 2 or Pro 1 pen, those use a different tech.

So I got the pen and it's great. The only thing is that I wish it launched the desktop version of OneNote. I have changed it in the settings app to launch the desktop version but I still get the metro one..

That's a known issue, I would assume MS will release a fix for it somewhat soon.
