How can we manage quick launch menu in notification tab.....??

I'm sorry I forgot to mention that... I use Lumia 520

Thank you for your support and I did found it.... But I couldn't find an option for mobile network

That's strange: "Mobile" is listed as one of the items listed under Quick actions in my Windows 10 Mobile Lumia 1020 and my sister's Lumia 535 (also W10M).

On wp 8.1.1 it says "cellular", if you are still on 8.1 then you have to do it the long way
