So I noticed we can go from "ring+vibrate" to "vibrate only" via the upper-right sound settings, but I can't make it totally silent (no vibrate) unless I go to setting-->sound settings. Is there any shortcut to turn vibrate off?

I don't think someone has written an app that does this without bringing you to the menu to do this directly. This is where I miss the ring slider on the Palm Pre.
There's no way to make it silent using the volume buttons/drop-down and I think it's 100% stupid. I hate being so blunt, but why the heck can we not easily put our phones on silent? Seems silly to me.
