Quiet Hours turns on by itself

I don't want to use Quiet Hours, because I own a business and if someone calls me from a number that I don't recognize with an emergency I want them to get through.

In the Quiet Hours settings, I have Right Now off, and automatic rules off. Even so it seems that something keeps turning quiet hours on.

How do I get Quiet Hours to stay off?

Check your settings inside cortana. It's pretty easy to change the days.

In cortana, tap the stacked 3 lines.
tap quiet hours
you'll see 'repeats' and a box under it, by default I think it says 'every day'. tap the words 'every day'.
un check the days you don't want.
now you are done.

On mine, I turned off Saturday and sunday, so now it says weekdays under repeats.

It worked for me just now. Perhaps you need a soft or hard reset. Don't forget, it's still Beta.
