I am running Windows 10 on my all in one desktop ( HP AIO 23-b026in ) which came pre-installed with 4GB DDR-3 Ram 1600 PC3-12800. It has now slowed down after the update and I want increase the ram. Now I want to upgrade to Cosair Vengeance, so my question is
1. Which one should I upgrade to since I'm a noob in this, the product has two variants 1.3W and 1.5W, the later one is for 3rd Gen and former for the latest?
2. My product specs state that you can only upgrade upto 8GB, but the processor specs state that I can upto 32GB. What should I do add more 4GB to existing one or buy 8GB and add to existing 4GB? Would it make it 12GB even if my product specs say upto 8?
Please help!

Yup and I found out something that individual ports support only upto 4GB each, also voltage which requires 1.35V.

Ordered a Crucial 4GB ram since my existing ram is a Micron one, and Crucial is supported by Micron.
