Hi,
I've installed WP8.1 the 14 April and, since then, I need to charge the phone very often compared to WP8.0. I read various tips here to improve the battery usage, so I set the control of mails every 30 minutes, disabled Cortana, disabled Wi-Fi sense and disabled a lot of background processes. Also, usually I turn the Wi-Fi and position's services off, disable Glance and set the air-plain mode during the night, in order to avoid every possible battery's drain. With WP8, the discharge value for 9 hours of sleep was between 0%(!) and 2%, WP8.1 on same conditions, discharge the battery faster and randomly!
First night, between 23:00 and 10:00, the discharge value was ~3%, last night between 23:00 and 12:00 was ~20%! Battery Sense tells me that Whatsapp, Facebook, Facebook Messenger and Nokia Camera drains battery fast, but they was the apps that I used BEFORE to go to bed.

So, this is my situation with WP8.1 :crying: . I really don't understand what the phone do during these hours without to be used and with all network's services disabled!
