IMO that's not all MS needs to fix, the experience (purchasing/return/exchange) with my 650 has been nothing short of a disaster!!! So in other words don't expect a quick resolve if any.

I have this problem too. Usually occurs whilst browsing and at different times of day.
Can it be malware? Why isn't flash front facing? The fact that it could be taking my photo while browsing is very disconcerting! Any thoughts/knowledge?

I just got new 650 and the scree flashing on and off every 10 too 15 seconds and text in menus that should be white is green and text in web browser that should be black has green shadows making it unreadable has updated too latest version still same did hard reset no good so have sent it it back for a refund
