Hi, I removed the SIM to use in the Moto X and am now getting random reboots.

Any suggesting on where to look for a cause?

It should still work as a tablet kinda thing without cell service? No?

Thanks

I'm not sure that removing the SIM card is related to the reboots. My 520 does not currently have a SIM card, and I don't have this reboot problem. (That's not very helpful I know!) Did you do something else to the phone besides removing the SIM card?

Lumia520 has particularly this problem when you frequently remove battery to change sims...the battery becomes loose :\ ..
Use a paper bit to make the batter fit tightly and that'd solve your problem:) ...

Thanks everyone, I thought it might be the battery and reinstalled it a few times but still the same. After reading Faraaz' suggestion, I folded a small piece of paper four-times and used it at the back of the battery, so far so good. Thanks Faraaz, seems like that might have been the solution.

My battery is so tight already.. I would reboot while having automatically download software was enabled..stopped for a while then weeks later same story.

Don't keep the battery so tight ..you might ruin your battery pins...! :/
And battery problem is persistent even to me after keeping a folder paper ..it can't be helped :/
Try changing your back cover!
Removing back panel frequently..loosens the battery and also the case ! So it might help :)
