Raw to JPEG on Surface RT

My friend has lent me his Panasonic Lumix camera that takes pictures in the raw format. While I can download these to my Surface RT and SkyDrive, is there an app or process I can use on my RT that would convert these files to JPEGs and make them more usable? Cheers!
