really bad buzzing sound when someone is speaking on call?

Hi

Im wondering if my phone is faulty? I am getting really bad buzzing sound when someone is speaking on calls? Its only on the earpiece not when on speaker, can anyone help?

Are you using the phone near any speakers such as computer speakers?
