Recorded videos won't play in Zune or WMP

None of the videos I've recorded on my Focus plays on either Zune or WMP. It just closes the program (zune/wmp) with no specific error message. I think its a codec problem, but I can't seem to find the right one. The files are recorded in *.mp4 format. I've already installed ffshadow and haali media spliter (for 64bit), but no change. Any suggestions?

It plays fine though in Quicktime and DiVX players, but I just want to be able to use Zune as my default player for videos I've recorded on my WP.

Nevermind... I figured it out.

Just FYI, if anyone else runs into this problem, and have had no luck with installing different codec packs, try updating your display driver. If updating via control panel doesn't work, update via vendor's website. I have an NVIDIA GeForce, and I just went to the NVIDIA website and installed the latest update. Problem solved.
