refresh music contents on sd card

hi!
i copied several albums on sd card in my lumia 820 and 'music+video' recognized it correctly. but after few days i added some more albums and the player cannot see them. anyone has an idea why? maybe there is a way toforce the player to reread sd card contents ?

I don't use an SD card but when I encounter this on my 920 I create a playist with the new stuff in it, sync it to the phone, and then play it with shuffle on and skip through some of the songs. It usually kicks Xbox music into discovery mode.
