Region(date & time) automatically gets changed

As soon as i start mobile data connection (3G) Network of Airtel, my date & time automatically gets changed to some another Locale.
Current Locale : Chennai, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi (UTC + 05:30)
Changes to :Abu Dhabi, Muscat (UTC + 4:00)
This is a bug.

it's sometime happen on Lumia & android too, i think it just little bug and does not become a big problem. You can adjust manually.

Have u kept the clock on automatic or adjusted it manually. And country selected in the fone ?
