Reminders Stifled

All App reminders are stifled until I press WIN Key then they start to pop-up & sound 1 by 1 for a period of time until completed. They used to function normally sound as they happened. Any solution? Thanks.

Suggestion only :

If this happened not too long ago, do a system restore. Pick a date when reminders were working normally as your restore point.
