Reset Device without Password?

So I was given one these devices, but the previous user did not do a factory reset and I can not get passed the windows account login screen. Is it possible to wipe this device without knowing the previous user's login? Ha, now that I write this, it sounds kinda shady, but I really didn't steal it!

Nokia Software for Retail should be able to flash it to the latest version of the ROM and it will take care of the password issue. Post back with what your results were. Good luck.
