Reset protection partition international please read

Hey guys I thought I'd write up a windows mobile feed back about reset protection for international windows phone. I thought I'd bring it on here in hopes that many of you would support it and upvote it. I know I included the new handsets in it but at the end I felt noting that all windows phone should have it. Since theft is uprising for people to steal smartphones and tablets an such I just can't figure out why Microsoft wouldn't include this period. Apple and android have this sort of feature on there devices regardless of country. So why not Windows Mobile? Forgive me if I'm breaking any rules here since I'm barely new. I just thought I'd voice my opinion on a worthy feature that should be standard regardless of country a person may live. Thanks for any support.
