Restart Again and Again !!

Dear All,

(I think I have shared this before) I own Lumia 950 XL (used) now, because I was the real W10 phone user. But, I am very disheartened and unhappy to say here that, I am DONT liked the performance of this phone. I opted this phone over iPhone X with all the existing gaps (no apps, no good screen).

My problem is my phone Microsoft 950 XL is restarting, on an average, 5 times a day. I am tired of this. yes I know I can change the battery but I dont want to invest even 20 euros for battery life.

Any other solutions?? I tried everything.

I had the same problem after the last update ...547. Now the problem is automatically gone for 24 hours.

Oh, mine is a 950.

The battery may not be sitting correctly and the pins lose contact which causes the random restarts. Try the solution from this post as it's worked for many people.

If it is restarting constantly, are you able to factory reset it and see if an older build fixes the issue? It isn't ideal but from my experience with the 950XL, sometimes a factory reset can work wonders.

My Lumia 1020 used to do it. Switching off Bluetooth fixed it.
