Restore deleted files

Hello today i made a big mistake and i connected my phone into the computer went to - phone - documents and i had 2 word files that i deleted by accident.

Can you guys help me to get these files back as these are really important!
Because they are from the phone i cant see them in recycling bin.

Please help :S

quick question, how did you view these documents on your phone, were they emails, or did you use an app such as onenote or skydrive, i only ask because if thru an app such as onenote or skydrive they may still be on those servers if your phone hasn't synced yet, also, it maybe possible to recover from your phones automatic backups but this would most likely require a hard reset of the phone
