Restoring after resetting using WIFI; GR3

Hi ,
I have reset my Lumia 520 and restored using WIFI but there are some nokia updates like access points and extras+info , that are appearing the stores but unable to install as balck icon is appearing in them in download section of section, clicking retrying appears error code : 8000fff and does nothing still black icon appearing.

cancel it and then redownload using the lumia pusher app Lumia Pusher | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United Kingdom)
