Resume at startup

I have a Lumia 1520 with the 8.1 update. When I wake up my phone it's black with resume and blinking dots scroll across for about 15 to 30 seconds. Then my lock screen appears. Is this happening to anyone else. Why is it happening? Thank you.

Do you have live lock screen app installed?? Remove it then change your lock screen to Bing then back to a normal pic this will solve it
