Ringtone help from a Mac!

Short version...I use Windows Phone Connector and it works great. My only issue is ringtones! Seems the itunes ringtones are m4r and not mp3. Not sure how to get either mp3 ringtones in to itunes (may have to find an app that converts and try and load them in to itunes again???) or convert the m4r files to mp3's...hhhmmmmm.

Worse case scenario is to dual boot Windows from my Mac Pro. Can't believe that's even an option! Wow!

Had my WP7 for a few weeks and LOVE it! Can't believe there's not an easy way to do this! UGH!

I think there are quite a few online convertors that'll do it? Don't forget you might need to check the file is correctly labelled as "ringtone" too so it shows up in the right place and your phone recognises it correctly.
